“Representing yourself in a family law case is intellectually and emotionally challenging. A divorce or custody proceeding is not easy for anyone. The more informed a litigant can be about the law and process, the better they will be able to present their case to a judge or participate in mediation to reach a result that’s best for their children and family. Family Law Day is a great opportunity to get support and information about family law procedure and resources. We are happy to offer this program to those in the 4th Judicial District community who may need guidance and support navigating a family law case.”
